Witch-king's Sanctum

The Witch-king's Sanctum is the final upgrade for the Angmar Fortress, requiring Ice Walls to be already purchased. The Sanctum appears as the apex of Carn Dum, and with the Witch-king's sorcery, the Sanctum enables a freezing avalanche-like strike (called "Winter's Wrath") to be brought upon foes in a selected area.
