Summon Rohirrim Allies

The Summon Rohan Allies power is a summoning power of the Gondor and Rohan factions in BFME 1, and then of the Men of the West faction. It summons a circle of the Rohirrim, the most elite cavalry of Men.

It's cost in all 3 of the games is 15 (3rd tier).
