Scavenger

Scavenger is a 2nd-tier dark power available to Isengard and Mordor in The Battle for Middle-earth, and only to the Goblins in the sequel.

It is a passive power which provides extra resources upon all kills by the player.

Power cost: 4 in BFME; 10 in BFME 2
