A fortress with the House of Healing
The House of Healing is an upgrade for the Men of the West Fortress that both reduces hero-revival time and cost (for Heroes revived at the upgraded Fortress) and causes nearby allied units to be healed.
It is named after the place in Minas Tirith at which Faramir and Eowyn were tended to after their great injuries. (See Houses of Healing at One Wiki to Rule Them All.)
