The Spider Riders are able to switch between using either their bows and using long spears, and unlike Spiderlings, they can trample enemy infantry. Their spears inflict poison damage, by default. As a cost to their superior versatility among mounted units, only six are trained at a time (instead of ten like with most cavalry).
