Wizard's Tower

The Wizard's Tower is the final Isengard fortress upgade. It enables a Lightning strike on a selected area anywhere on the map, representing the power of Saruman. In a strike, 300 damage is done to all affected enemy units. Its appearance resembles Saruman's tall abode, Orthanc.
