Angmar Fortress

The Angmar Fortress is a structure that is normally available to the forces of Angmar in The Rise of the Witch-king. Builders and heroes are recruited from it.

The fortress resembles a crown, as well as the apex of Carn Dum, the castle of the Witch-king.
